I'm Kinnon Sutherland, and I create fused glass art from my studio in HRM, Nova Scotia. Every piece starts with sheets of coloured glass that I cut, layer, and fire in my kiln at over 1400°F.
Growing up on Cape Breton Island, I've always been surrounded by the beauty of the Atlantic — the crashing waves, the wildflowers on the cliffs, the colours of a Maritime sunset. That's what inspires every piece I make.
